What I can help build
A focused tool built around the way your business actually works: records, workflows, a database, APIs, and a clean interface.
Client portals · booking · internal dashboardsClear screens and visual assets that make the experience understandable, usable, and unmistakably yours.
Interface design · brand assets · responsive pagesConnect repetitive steps so information moves to the right place and your team can spend less time on manual follow-up.
Intake · notifications · status trackingThe $550 starting point
For a small, well-defined project, the starter rate covers the core experience needed to make one workflow work end to end. It can include customer tracking and communication history, so follow-up does not get lost between spreadsheets and messages.
We choose the first useful slice together. If your idea needs several workflows, complex integrations, or a larger rollout, I’ll explain the added scope and price before building.
Features are selected to fit the agreed scope; this is an example menu, not a promise that every item fits every $550 build.
How we get started
Describe the people, tasks, and current tools involved. A rough idea is enough to start.
I map the core workflow, deliverables, and any integrations or design needs before work begins.
You see the working result, give feedback, and receive a clear explanation of what was built.
Start a conversation
You do not need a technical specification. Tell me what happens today, what you wish happened instead, and who needs to use it. I’ll use that to suggest a sensible first version.
Only your name, email, project type, and goal are required. Please avoid passwords, private customer data, or other sensitive information in this first message.
